FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: transforaminal access to spinal canal is followed by a supplementary mobilisation of an operated spinal motion segment by removing an interspinous ligament, an adjoining portion of a supraspinal ligament and a central portion of a yellow ligament, and a preserving resection of adjacent portions of spinous processes. A decompression of neurovascular formations, a discectomy and an interbody implant installation are followed by a compression of the operated spinal motion segment by means of a transpedicular system up to a complete contact of bone surfaces of the spinous processes of the adjacent spines.

EFFECT: method enables increasing an intraoperative mobilisation of the operated spinal motion segments, increasing an amplitude of an intraoperative segmental distraction on a posterior osteoligamental column, reducing a probability of the intraoperative primary instability of the transpedicular system, increasing an amplitude of a potential correction of the spinal sagittal profile, forming a 360-degree spinal fusion in the operated spinal motion segments.
