SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to waists, corsets and bandages and aims at treating patients, particularly after traumatic fractures or after breast dissection surgeries. A female breast bandage comprises a front portion bust holder with two cups made of nonstretchable woven fabric, and a back portion - a back made of an elastic-extensible fabric with coat-breasts having hook fasteners made of textile pile cloth Velcro on an internal surface of the ends. Shoulder straps with the Velcro hook fasteners on their free ends are attached to the back. The front surface of the bust holder has a pocket with a transversal portion and a longitudinal portion provided downwards between the cups for a T-shaped insert with a longitudinally curved rigid plate. Above the transversal portion of the pocket, there is a valve with the hook fastener for a loop fastener on the front surface of an upper edge of the pocket. On an external surface of the edges of the bust holder, the loop fasteners are attached.

EFFECT: prevented posttraumatic or postoperative breast complications by breast protection against external mechanical action and enhancement of conditions for healing injured tissues of the chest wall.
