FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and namely to ophthalmology, and can be used in cataract phacoemulsification surgery. After performing anaesthesia, a corneal tunnel incision and two auxiliary paracenteses and filling the anterior chamber with viscoelastic, capsulorhexis follows. For this purpose, an anterior capsule flap is supported with a needle clockwise concentrically to the limb. If observing a radial rupture of the anterior capsule that is extended to the periphery, additional sticks-in are made wherein the anterior capsule is incised concentrically to the limb. Then capsulorhexis is completed in the direction opposite to the initial motion in capsulorhexis formation.
EFFECT: technique allows relieving capsule tension, completing capsulorhexis if observing a rupture.
