FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making two or three corneal paracenteses. Continuous anterior circular capsulorhexis is carried out through one of them. Corneal tunnel incision, hydrodissection, native crystalline lens nucleus phacoemulsification and crystalline masses aspiration are carried out. Viscoelastic filler is introduced into the anterior chamber and capsular sack. Intracapsular ring is implanted. Back circular capsulorhexis is carried out by punching the central area of crystalline lens back capsule turbidity zone over a circle of 3-3.5 mm large diameter with 0.5 mm large step between perforated holes, beginning from the most dense fibrous part. Then crosspieces binding the perforated holes are destroyed. The so created flap is removed through the corneal tunnel cut and implant IOZ. The corneal tunnel incision is sealed and viscoelastic filler is washed away through the corneal paracentesis.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved vision function; reduced risk of traumatic complications; reduced risk of ablatio retinae relapse.
