FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be used during operational intrusions because of cataract in children. Anterior capsule of crystalline lens is punctured and triangular shred is formed. Then continuous anterior circular capsulorexis is formed on circumference by means of traction towards the opposite from rupture direction. Diameter of capsulorexis is regulated by changing angle of inclination of retreating part of capsule to rupture. With angle of less than 45°, capsulorexis diameter is reduced, with inclination angle of more than 45°, diameter is increased. "Runaway" being towards the periphery inclination, angle is reduced to 0-15°.
EFFECT: obtaining of central round hole of planned size in anterior crystalline lens capsule, prevention of displacement and decentration of intraocular lens in surgical cataract treatment in children.
