FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to ophthalmology and can be used during surgery in connection with cataract in children. Continuous circular capsulorexis is formed by traction in direction opposite to anterior capsule rupture on circumference. Local central hole of anterior capsule is made, flap of anterior capsule is formed with further ablation of its central part.
EFFECT: application of claimed method will ensure obtaining central round hole of planned size in anterior capsule of crystalline lens, prevention of displacement and decentration of intraocular lenses.
