SUBSTANCE: invention refers to apparatuses stimulating physical exercise on muscles of an individual during trainings. There is described a gym apparatus having a lot of advantages, including the possibility of a combination of holders for the user and easy mounted on a wall. The combined holder of the gym apparatus is an inelastic resistance device with the combined holder which contains manual holders and a loop. The manual holder and loop can be used as feet holder, or optionally, the manual holder can be used as a hand holder only. The choice of specific auxiliary holder allows to exercise certain parts of body and provides more possible exercises.
