FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely - to neurology, restorative medicine. A patient is placed on a vibroplatform of a training apparatus making a three-dimensional motion per one cycle. The patient makes the exercises having a reflex force or relaxing effect on the skeletal muscles. Vibration frequency of the platform is 25 - 50 Hz. Duration of one session is 10 - 15 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness due to managed development of force properties of the muscular system and motor coordination, fast antitonic effect, managed reflex contraction and relaxation processes.
