SUBSTANCE: device to train leg muscles relates to sport, medicine and pedagogics. Device comprises facility to develop a load, arranged in the form of springs with holders, and capable of setting initial weight load and its multiple reduction in process of motion, and also capable of return changing of load as it returns into initial position. It comprises two power units fixed with the help of belts on the right and left legs of a sportsman, force metre, goniometre, level metre - one at each power unit, metre of heart contractions, four analog-to-digital converters, fully equipped personal computer and source of power supply. Power unit is made of three-beam star arranged in the form of base, extreme beams of which are attached with the help of specified belts: upper beam - to hip, lower - to crus of a sportsman, and the medium beam is the base, where load development facility is fixed. Its one end is fixed with the help of a slug and longitudinal slot in this beam, and the second end of spring or rubber shock absorber - via force metre with controller - to lower base, and goniometre is attached in point of connection of three beams, matching with axis of knee joint rotation. At the same time force metres and goniometres are connected to source of power supply, and together with metre of heat contractions frequency are connected electrically to system unit along wire or radio channel.
