SUBSTANCE: device for skaters muscles training includes two power units, with one end fixed to the athlete's belt on the left and right side of the first belt, and the other end fixed to the feet with locks and metal plates, and the first belt position is fixed by means of the second belt passing between the athlete's legs, while the device solves the problem of measurement of the necessary parameters of the athletes state and transfer of these parameters to the coach via a mobile cell phone, with which, fourth, the problem of two-way radio communication between the coach and the athletes and between these athletes and the trainer is also solved, due to the fact that the voice signal discriminator is electrically connected to the mobile cell phone and the automatic electronic switch.
EFFECT: it is possible to provide a differentiated approach to application and measurement of the parameters of force effects on the leg muscles, expand the functionality, increase the number of trainees using this device, and provide communication between with the athletes and the coach.
