SUBSTANCE: device comprises a rope-block system, on which a rocker is mounted, coving three water paths in the pool, which is kinematically connected with its one side through the reducer to the electric motor shaft, and with the other side - to the motion sensor, the electric motor connected to the output of the control unit, and three suspended flexible rods are attached to the rope-block system through the rocker. Each rod is connected through the force sensor and the spring-loaded drum, providing the possibility of its rotation from the effort of an athlete and an automatic return of this drum to its original position after removal of the load. In addition, the device comprises a stabilised electric power source, the means for eliminating slacking of the rope of the rope-block system based on the unit of controlled movement and a personal computer receiving the information through the six cell phones - two for each swimmer training on the simulator, three of which are placed on the rocker and work for broadcasting the value of pulse of an athlete and the value of its motor force, the other three placed near the system unit of the personal computer, work for radio-reception and transmission of the information received through the USB-port to the system unit of the personal computer, which is also connected to the motion sensor, and the output of the personal computer is connected to the input of the control unit. In addition, the pulse detector and the force sensor receive electricity from an independent electric power source located on the rocker. The design and operation principle of the device as a whole and its individual units are described.
