FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: vacuum press machine relates to sports inventory and is intended for development of human muscle mass. Vacuum press machine consists of frame. The following components are fixed on frame: guide units; force controller with switching levers; vacuum elastic element. Vacuum elastic element consists of pipe. Edge of pipe is arranged as tight. Inside pipe there is a piston with rubber seals and cord that connects piston with force controller. Vacuum pump and valve are installed at tight edge of pipe. Cord comes out from force controller, passes through guide units and is fixed on handle.

EFFECT: lower material intensity due to exclusion of weights and application of force controller in vacuum press machine design makes it possible to vary force of counteraction to muscle force of a person within a wide range.
