FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment, in particular to a training apparatus, which creates a load on human muscles, and can be used as a simulator for developing and strengthening large muscles, such as the broadest muscle of the back (the largest muscle of lower part of back), rectus abdominis muscle, deltoid muscle and biceps muscle of the user's arm. Said technical result is achieved by using a set of replaceable power springs with different elasticity, which serve to create the main efforts during training. Performing exercises on flexion-extension of hands in elbow joint, overcoming elasticity of power spring and using grip from below or from above, provides the possibility of development of large muscles, such as broadest muscle of back, rectus abdominis muscle, deltoid muscle and biceps muscle of user's arm. Application of springs with different coefficient of elasticity allows varying load differentially due to selection and installation of appropriate spring.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is expansion of possibility on training of large muscles of the person, and also possibility of selection of value of burdening for the purpose of load adjustment under the specific user.
