SUBSTANCE: proposed device for containers made from, for example polystyrene foam tape, comprises bottom unwinder (1) to unwinds foamed polymer tape (4), tape heating station (3), container thermoforming station (5), container filling zone (6), bottom unwinder (7) to unwind foamed polymer tape intended for closing moulded containers, container closing station (10), tape cutting station (11) and system (12) to feed tape (4) through said stations. Heating station (10) is made up of two elements, aligned in vertical and horizontally displacing. Container thermoforming station (5) is composed of top and bottom mating dies arranged opposite each other. Both dies have through holes to communicate with reduced-pressure source.
EFFECT: simplified design, reliable operation.
