FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: all-rolled wheel 1 comprises rim 2 and hub 3 connected by curvilinear transition sections 4 with disk 5 formed by outer 6 and inner 7 curvilinear surfaces arranged so that outer curvilinear surface 6 of disk 5, on the side of rim 2, is formed by first outer radius curve R1, and, on the side of hub 3 by second outer radius curve (R2) with curvature aligned with that of the first outer radius curve R1. Both aforesaid surfaces are interconnected by third outer radius curve R3 with curvature with direction opposite that of the outer curve R1 and second outer curve R2. Inner curvilinear surface 7 of disk 5 on the side of rim 2 is formed by first inner radius curve R4, while on the side of hub 3, it is formed by second inner radius curve R5 with curvature aligned with that of the first inner radius curve R4, both interconnected by third inner radius curve R6 with curvature of direction opposite that of the first inner curve R4 and second inner curve R5. For outer curvilinear surface 6, radius of the first outer radius curve R1 varies from 0.09 to 0.14 of rolling circumference diametre. Radius of the second outer radius curve R2 varies from 0.1 to 0.15 of rolling circumference diametre. Radius of the third outer radius curve R3 varies from 0.12 to 0.18 of rolling circumference diametre. For outer curvilinear surface 7, radius of the first outer radius curve R4 varies from 0.12 to 0.18 of rolling circumference diametre. Radius of the second outer radius curve R5 varies from 0.1 to 0.15 of rolling circumference diametre. Radius of the third outer radius curve R6 varies from 0.12 to 0.17 of rolling circumference diametre.

EFFECT: reduced wheel total inner strains.
