Method for its production is proposed, including growing of strain E. coli M15 [pREP4, pCollbd-BMP-2]. According strain and plasmid are proposed.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide a high level of recombinant protein Collbd-BMP-2 production and simultaneously simple and efficient scheme for cleaning of this protein with its immobilisation on collagen-containing sorbent included into composition of new generation of items and materials of medical purpose - implants and coatings.
