FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of temperature coefficient of resistance values (TCR) of the bridge circuit αr +, αr -, temperature coefficient of sensitivity (TCS) values of the tensoresistors α∂ +, α∂ - and nonlinearity of TCS of the tensoresistors Δα∂+=α∂ +-α∂ - for extreme values of the working temperature range of the sensor. Said values are detected in the range of complete compensation for multiplicative temperature error. If defined values of TCR of the input resistance of the bridge circuit, TCS of the tensoresistors and their temperature linearity Δα∂ +=α∂ +-α∂ - lie in the region of complete compensation for multiplicative temperature error, then temperature-dependent resistor Rα and temperature-independent resistor Rs are calculated by solving a system of equations. The calculated values of the temperature-dependent resistor Rα are included in the power circuit of the bridge circuit and the temperature-independent resistor Rs is connected in parallel to the input resistance of the bridge measurement circuit.
EFFECT: high adjustment accuracy.
