FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of temperature coefficient of resistance values (TCR) of the bridge circuit αr+, αr-, temperature coefficient of sensitivity (TCS) of the tensoresistors α+, α- and nonlinearity of TCS of the tensoresistors Δα++- for extreme values of the working temperature range of the sensor. Said values are detected in the region of complete compensation for multiplicative temperature error. If defined values of TCR of the input resistance of the bridge circuit, TCS of the tensoresistors and their temperature linearity Δα++- lie in the region of complete compensation of multiplicative temperature error, thermal dependency of the resistor Rα and thermal independency of the resistor R is calculated by solving a system of equations. A temperature dependant resistor Rα is connected into the power circuit of the bridge measurement circuit, and a thermal independent resistor R is connected in parallel.

EFFECT: more accurate adjustment.
