FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: nominal value of temperature-dependent resistor Rα is determined for a given temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) αk and the nominal value its shunt temperature-independent resistor R∂, based on the multiplicative temperature error compensation condition. Resistors Rα and R∂ are connected in the output diagonal of the bridge circuit operating at load resistance Rn≤2 kilohms. To this end, the nominal value of the output resistance of the bridge circuit Rout and its TCR αr + and αr - for two temperature ranges, Δt+=t+-t0 and Δt-=t--t0, is determined, where t0, t+, t- denote the normal temperature and extreme points of the operating temperature range of the sensor, respectively. It is determined whether α+ r, α+ ∂0 and Δα∂0 lie in the region where there is full compensation for multiplicative temperature error. If the determined α+ r, α+ ∂0 and Δα∂0 lie in the said region, nominal values of the temperature-dependent resistor Rα and the temperature-independent resistor R∂ are calculated. The calculated values of Rα and R∂ are installed into the output diagonal of the bridge circuit operating a at low-resistance load of Rn≤2 kilohms.
EFFECT: high adjustment accuracy.
