FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has a reflector in form of a block of rectangular prisms, a lens, two marks joined to each other and lying in the object plane of the lens, each of which, together with a radiator and an optical forming system, forms two optical channels, a binding element rigidly joined to the marks, and a receiving device in form of a charge coupled photoelectric device fitted with a control unit and a signal processing unit. There is also a unit for stabilising the refraction index of the optical medium between the lens and the reflector. The photodetector has two parallel photosensitive registers. The signal processing unit enables generation of video pulses, their synchronisation, positioning video pulse fronts by calculating clock pulses, summation of clock pulses which position video pulse fronts of each register, determination of the difference between these sum values for two registers, difference in duration of video pulses formed by additional raster units of the marks, and has memory for recording and storing adjustments.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring spatial orientation of objects and simple design.
