FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: investigated sample and reference sample, considered healthy, are exposed to stress effect. Then response reaction of samples to stress effect is measured and compared, response reaction measured is speed of release of carbon dioxide by samples under thermostatting conditions. At the same time graphical curves are built additionally for dependence of speed of carbon dioxide release by samples on time elapsed from the moment of stress action at samples. Width of amplitude-maximum peaks is compared at their half-height. Under stress action, in the form of samples drying, after drying identical quantity of sterile distilled water is introduced, in amount of 15-30 millilitres per 100 g of air-dry sample. In case of any other stress action, before stress action, samples are first dried to air-dry condition, then identical quantity of sterile distilled water is introduced in them, in amount of 15-30 millilitres per 100 g of air-dry sample. Stress effect may be physical, chemical, biological action.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of health parametre determination process for samples of soil, compost and other solid substrates.
