FIELD: biotechnology, mycology, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel strains of fungi Nectria pityrodes Montagne DSM 7522, 8805, 8806, 8807, 8808 used as biofungicide. Based on these strains biofungicide containing the above indicated strains and filling agent is developed. The latter is taken among the group including silicon dioxide, dry milk, carboxymethylcellulose, sucrose, ascorbic acid. Screening method of fungicide microorganisms is developed. Method involves plant seeds sowing in sand, mycelium and pathogen spores are applied on seeds and sand, mixture is filled up with sand and kept up to plant seedlings appearance. Seedlings are studied for intensity of their damage with phytopathogen and fungi no influencing on disease or themselves showing pathogenicity are rejected. Cereal culture seeds are infected with pathogenic fungi and sown with fungi selected at the first stage. Treated seeds are sown in turf, grown and seedlings are studied, and isolates that inhibit development of pathogenic fungi are selected.
