FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: device includes measuring transducer, multi-range comparing unit, input registers, coincidence circuit, memory registers and microcontroller. In the device in n memory registers there stored are values of the scope of services which have been used in certain sections of the range of quality signal only for the period of service usage. In microcontroller there calculated is quality factor of used services, which is supplied to the output of the device. Error or failure when the scope of used services is being counted is determined by comparing the code in (n+1) register to the sum of codes stored in n memory registers.
