SUBSTANCE: device for provision of safe generation of parametres comprises a sensor of random numbers, microprocessor, random access memory, read-only memory, the first communication interface, the second communication interface, indicator, indicator controller, patch board controller, patch board, controller of reprogrammable read-only memory, reprogrammable read-only memory, the third communication interface and device of communication interface connection. Group of random number sensor outputs is connected to group of microprocessor inputs, the first group of inputs-outputs of which is connected to group of inputs-outputs of random access memory, the first, second, third inputs-outputs of communication interface connection device are connected to inputs-outputs of the first, second and third communication interfaces, accordingly, group of inputs-outputs of reprogrammable read-only memory is connected to the first group of inputs-outputs of controller of reprogrammable read-only memory.

EFFECT: increased cryptographic robustness and expansion of functional capabilities.
