FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to obtain the picture of a biological object or its part, calibrate and standardize the picture obtained, carry out computed morphodensitometric studying. Then one should form arch-shaped graphs passing through the elements with certain characteristics of radiation and substance interaction. It is important to divide the detected area into regions along with forming the borders between them to apply the obtained graphs upon them. Then the graphs obtained should be reflected onto initial picture. One should detect morphometric and densitometric parameters of the picture inside the regions. The values of the object under testing should be compared with analogous values of comparison group and according to the results of comparison it is possible to conclude upon the state of the object under studying. The innovation enables to obtain objective picture of alterations in a biological object.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
