FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: to prevent consequences and treat disorders in case of acute and chronic stress as a result of durable hypokinesia in lab animals under conditions of experiment, medicinal agent "Granocit" is administered to animals subcutaneously, containing granulocytic colony-stimulating factor, in dose of 10 mcg/kg of weight. Administration is carried out for three days before stress reaction once per day.

EFFECT: reduced stress-reaction in case of hypokinesia by stimulation of mesenchymepoesis and prevention of all cellular blood elements functioning disorders.
