FIELD: medicine, experimental pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: toxic hepatitis in mice and rats should be reproduced due to intra-gastric introduction of tetrachlorocarbon upon olive oil. Therapy should be fulfilled due to subcutaneous injecting recombinant human granulocytic colony-stimulating factor (CSF) The preparation should be injected at the dosage of about 100-125 mcg/kg once/d daily, for 5 d. The innovation provides stimulation, mobilization, migration and determined homing of mesenchymal stem cells into the liver followed by their differentiation into mature hepatocytes and, as a result, the reconstruction of functionally active hepatic tissue.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
