FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: systems and methodologies are described, which provide methods to control permanent assignments of resources in wireless communication system. Access point may form a bit card by means of display of access terminals with permanent appointments for traffic channels, into sequence of bit card bits, which provide indicators of activity support for access terminals. Bit card then may be provided as general message of activity support in broadcasting or multiaddress transfer into access terminals. Message of activity support may additionally include CRC-bits for prevention of errors. Access terminal after reception of activity support message may then determine whether bit of bit card transfers indicator of activity support for terminal in message of activity support corresponding to access terminal, and use its permanently assigned traffic channels accordingly.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of communication system.
