SUBSTANCE: units of resources linked to an upperlink or a downlink channel may be divided into a combination of groups, and limitations of alarm may be used for each of these groups on a group basis. For instance, group-based alarm limitations may be related to minimum units of resources unit dedication, alarm structures (for instance, a bit card structure, a continuous dedication structure, a tree structure), used to send assignment instructions that dedicate units of resources in according groups. Besides, the access terminal may have common data on group-based alarm limitations, therefore, the access terminal may decode the received assignment instruction with application of group-based alarm limitations.
EFFECT: increased throughput capacity of information transfer in case of joint transfer of service information.
