FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: methods provide for preparation of recipe components, extraction of the aromatic vegetal raw material as per the method version by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, dandelion roots and apples cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres, dandelion roots frying, apples additional drying by convective method, mixing of dandelion roots and apples, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to produce new flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
