FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to occupational hygiene, and can be used for prevention of upper extremity diseases caused by various types of physical activity of occupational aetiology. Hands are exposed to diffused red laser radiation. Personal computer operators are exposed to laser radiation of power exposition 240 J/m2 within a course of 10 procedures. Polishers or sandermen are exposed to laser radiation of power exposition 480 J/m2 within a course of 5 procedures. Metal craft assembly workers are exposed to laser radiation of power exposition 480 J/m2 within a course of 10 procedures.
EFFECT: method allows prolonging maintenance of an evident effect of preventive actions in workers of various occupations.
