FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to occupational health, and can be used for overcoming visual fatigue at eyestrain jobs, including computer monitor operation. Eyes are exposed to diffuse reflected incoherent monochromatic light of visible range in effective doses. If using light of red spectrum range (wavelengths 0.63 to 0.67 mcm), radiant exposure 0.12-0.36 J/m2 is considered to be advisable. If light of green spectrum range is used (wavelengths 0.49 to 0.53 mcm), radiant exposure is expected at 0.03-0.12 J/m2. Light of dark blue spectrum range (wavelengths 0.44 to 0.46 mcm) requires radiant exposure 0.01-0.03 J/m2.
EFFECT: invention ensures overcoming visual fatigue, improves work of accommodative apparatus of eye, has no contra-indications peculiar to laser exposure, does not required special training of personnel and can be used extensively both in working environment, and in a everyday life that enables its daily application.
