SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to relieve visual fatigue during visually intense work, including when working with monitors, microscopes, etc. The eyes are exposed to diffusely reflected laser radiation in the red region of the spectrum with a power density (2–4)⋅10-6 W/cm2 for 3–4 minutes before the start of the work shift in a course of 7–9 sessions.

EFFECT: method ensures the restoration of vision function in people whose work is associated with visual analyzer strain and non-standard work schedule.
