FIELD: space technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space technology, in particular to the technology of manufacturing three-layer honeycomb panels with heat pipes (HP) built into them, on which spacecraft instruments are installed. This problem is solved due to the fact that the method for manufacturing a three-layer honeycomb panel with HP built into it includes the manufacture of honeycomb panel assembly elements: skins, honeycomb filler, HP with shelves for gluing to one of the skins, followed by connecting the assembly elements into a single whole by gluing the skin with HP shelves and honeycomb core, and the second skin with honeycomb core. Before gluing the HP on the casing, a plas-template with HP position contours and directly the HPs themselves are installed on it, joint drilling of holes in the HP shelves, the plas-template and casing for the installation of fixing devices (PTFE pins) is carried out, the plas-template is dismantled, and the HPs are positioned in pairs using fixing devices, they are installed on the adhesive composition and glued to the skin, after which the fixing devices are dismantled.

EFFECT: reducing the time and simplifying the process of manufacturing a three-layer honeycomb panel, as well as improving the positioning accuracy of the HP in the honeycomb panel.
