FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises fothering sail with electromagnets arranged on its edges. Top part of said fothering sail represents a mesh. Collector with throttling nozzles representing a bent tube is arrange at the fothering sail center. Fothering sail is secured above hull breach on hull outside with the help of electromagnets. Note here that half-closed volume of overboard water is formed in the zone of hull breach. Compressed air forced into collector cools down water at the throttling nozzle outlet. This created ice plug to provide for temporary sealing of hull breach.
EFFECT: simplified design.
