FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises soil pump 3 mounted on rotary platform 2 of hydraulic structure 1, mounting jib beam 4 and counterweight 5. Suction branch pipe bottom part is enclosed concentrically in casing 12. Water feed tube is connected to casing outer side. Nozzles to wash out sand-gravel mix are arranged under said casing. Horizontal sections of suction branch pipe and water feed tube for sand-gravel mix wash-out are arranged in parallel to each other and can turn. Suction branch pipe incorporates insert that allows horizontal section of suction branch pipe to turn thereabout. Pressure pipeline is communicated with soil pump via vertical insert to allow said pump to turn thereabout, pump pressure branch pipe being arranged along the platform turn axis. Suction branch pipe is connected by flexible element via deflecting unit with drum winch.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
