FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method involves installation of lifting vessels to installation bridges, fixture of replaceable ropes in pile drive, removal of friction pulley of the winding plant from ropes, and erection of special flexible shell. Then, to the friction pulley there attached is hanging and replaceable ropes, and they are simultaneously wound from transport coil and from shaft. After that hanging rope is supplied to the shaft and at the same time the replaceable rope is wound to the well surface. Hanging rope is fixed in pile drive with support supporting clamp above which the section of rope, which is enough for its driving through friction pulley and for being attached to upper lifting vessel, is left. Lower end of hanging rope is fixed in towing hook of lower lifting vessel. The rest ropes are replaced in the same way. Then special flexible shell is removed, the left sections of hanging ropes are arranged on friction pulley, their ends are fixed in towing hooks of upper lifting vessel, and supporting clamps are removed and installation bridges are removed. In order to implement the method, there used is friction pulley of winding plant, which is prepared for arrangement of ropes by installation of special shell on it, which divides friction pulley of winding plant into two capacities for rope winding and excludes removal/installation operations from friction pulley surface of lining and its attachment elements.

EFFECT: increasing manufacturability and improving reliability of replacement methods of ropes.
