FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining, particularly to devices and methods for transporting cables at their replacement and assembling. The method consists in securing an end of the cable under a lifting vessel, in slow lifting of the latter with cable wound off the device for placing the cable and in stretching the cable along the shaft. Initially at implementation of the method the weight and size of the cable are divided into two devices for cable placement; these devices are installed in lifting vessels of adjacent lifting facilities of the shaft. Further the lifting vessels are synchronously lowered to a lower receiving platform. Then facilities for cable placement are rolled out from the lifting vessels, the cable is wound onto one of them and the end of the cable is secured under the lifting vessel.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing hoisting capacity and expanding functions of mine shafts at transporting cables in them.
