FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: each step of the method involves the following phases 1) providing one or more synthetic gas conversion reactors in which synthetic gas is partially converted to hydrocarbon products under conversion conditions, 2) each conversion reactor has a system of an input stream of synthetic gas, said system combines two or more input streams of synthetic gas and said system feeds the combined synthetic gas into the synthetic gas conversion reactor, where the system of input synthetic gas combines A) at least one input stream of synthetic gas, which is a stream of synthetic gas obtained from incomplete oxidation and has ratio H2/CO between 1.6 and 2.0 for the first step or B) an output stream of synthetic gas from the previous step, whose H2/CO ratio lies between 0.2 and 0.9, together with reforming synthetic gas having the ratio H2/CO of at least 3.0 for all steps except the first step, with another stream of synthetic gas which is a returning stream from the conversion reactor, having the ratio H2/CO between 0.2 and 0.9, where the combined synthetic gas has ratio H2/CO between 1.0 and 1.6, and C) providing a system of an output stream of synthetic gas which releases the output stream of synthetic gas from the reactor, the ratio H2/CO of the output stream of synthetic gas lies between 0.2 and 0.9, the output stream is partially used as a returning stream into the system of input synthetic gas as described above, and is used as input material for the next step if said next step exists in the method.
EFFECT: high flexibility for the user in terms of selection of operating parametres, including output and quality of the hydrocarbon products.
