SUBSTANCE: in compliance with first version, proposed device comprises fuel preparation and feed unit, fuel pump, air cleaner, air preparation unit and carburetor. Additionally, proposed device incorporates unit to treat fuel by magnetic field and unit to treat air mix in electric field and mix activated fuel and air components. Unit to treat fuel by magnetic field comprises multi-circuit magnetic fuel activator, fuel lines made from nonmagnetic material and unit to stabilise activated fuel chemical composition that comprises magnetic activator with inlet and outlet branch pipes made up of two-circuit cascade of circular permanent magnets. Unit to treat air mix in electric field consists of tubes to feed activated air into air cleaner, and discharge chamber. In compliance with second version, proposed device comprises the unit designed to treat fuel by magnetic field and unit to treat air mix in electric field and mix activated fuel and air components. Unit to treat fuel by magnetic field comprises multi-circuit magnetic fuel activator, fuel lines made from nonmagnetic material and unit to stabilise activated fuel chemical composition that comprises magnetic activator with inlet and outlet branch pipes made up of two-circuit cascade of circular permanent magnets. Unit to treat air mix in electric field consists of tubes to feed activated air into air cleaner, and discharge chamber. The latter is secured on the bracket. It comprises also discharge chamber air filter with its retainer and connecting conductor. Cylindrical discharge chamber has its end face parts with diametre larger than that of cylindrical part to allow accommodating air cleaner at air inlet made in the chamber wider part. Outlet wider part of discharge chamber represents an isolated vessel with channels designed to increase volumetric uniformity of activated portion of air.
EFFECT: reduced toxicity of combustion products, longer life, higher efficiency.
