FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of plastic wastes. Proposed unit comprises plastic waste preprocessing unit, mixing unit to produce plastic sinter, and blast furnace. Plastic waste preprocessing unit comprises sorter wherefrom film materials are fed into hopper. Hopper outlet is communicated with inlet of plastic material fusing plant communicated with granulator. Note here that solid plastic wastes are collected in said hopper. Hopper outlet communicates with vertical cutter inlet, vertical cutter being intended for crushing solid components of plastic bulk. Mixing unit is made up of vertical cutter and granulator. Outlets of the latter are communicated with inlet of primary crushing device. The latter comprises two outlets: first, immediately into blast furnace and, second, into secondary mixing plant and, thereafter, into powder production unit and, finally, into blast furnace forced by blower via receiving hopper.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, power and material savings.
