FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: damper consists of case, of cylinder enclosed in it, of rod with piston, of valve unit and also of valve of compression stroke in lower end. In an internal cavity of the case there is fixed an immobile elastic cylinder with ball bodies of small diametre arranged therein; these bodies envelope a tip. The tip has a front and back cones with rated angles of resistance. The tip is rigidly coupled with a hollow rod resting on the central guide. The sealed cavity between the elastic cylinder and internal surface of the case is continuously under rated gas pressure.

EFFECT: increased stability, service life and simplified design of damper.
