Compression cylinder is arranged in inner space of working cylinder and has cross working area equal to or several times greater than cross working area of working cylinder where compression piston is installed in inner space. Working piston is installed between outer working surface of compression piston and inner working surface of working piston. Contact-type electric control distributor supplies power to step motor.
