FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: in working age men with primary noncomplicated myocardial infarction, the parametres considered are: coronary history duration, throe duration, triglyceride level, clopidogrel administration, recurrent angina pectoris, readmissions, post-infarction smoking. The obtained parametres are substituted in an original formula. A derived value expressed in percentage specifies probability of the development of recurrent myocardial infarction within the first year in working age men.

EFFECT: method can be applied in the patients with no information available on a coronary bed state, by indicators obtainable by a practical doctor.
