FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to the prediction of myocardial infarction outcomes, and can be used to predict the development of early postinfarction angina and recurrent myocardial infarction (MI) in men younger than 60 years. Individual probability estimation of this event is carried out according to the original design formula: p=1/(1+e-z), where e (mathematical constant) = 2.72, Z – auxiliary function: Z=6.40–2.85⋅A-2.01⋅B+6.40⋅C, where A – state of coronary blood flow by TIMI after revascularization procedure: 1 – TIMI 0 (no antegrade blood flow); 2 – TIMI 1 (partial penetration of the contrast below the occlusion point); 3 – TIMI 2 (contrasting vessel with slow filling of distal bed); 4 – TIMI 3 (normal blood flow); B – presence of significant – 2 degrees and higher – mitral regurgitation in first 48 hours MI: 1 is not; 2 – is available; C – thromboembolism in structure of complications MI: 1 is not; 2 – is available. If p>0.5, high risk of early postinfarction angina and MI recurrences in men younger than 60 years old, p<0.5 – low risk is indicated.
EFFECT: method provides early prediction of the risk of early postinfarction angina and MI recurrences in men younger than 60 years old.
