METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE RISK OF DEATH IN PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION AT WORKING AGE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B8/00 A61B5/151 G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2751412 C1

FIELD: medicine and cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used in predicting the risk of death in patients who have had myocardial infarction at working age. The value of the neutrophil-lymphocyte index (NLI), the level of hemoglobin are determined, and according to the echocardiogram, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is estimated, the probability of the risk of death (P) is calculated according to the original calculation formula. And with a P value equal to or more than 0.237, a high risk of death is predicted in a patient who has had myocardial infarction, with P less than 0.237, there is no probability of a lethal outcome.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing accuracy of predicting the risk of death in patients of working age after MI on a one-year follow-up period.
