A METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE RISK OF RECURRENT MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN MEN OF WORKING AGE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2745472 C1

FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and relates to the prediction of recurrent myocardial infarction in men of working age. For this, in a patient with myocardial infarction (MI) in the general blood test, the hemoglobin level is determined, the value of the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is determined, and the Gensini index is determined. Then the probable risk (P) is calculated according to the formula: Ρ = 1 / (1 + e-z), where Ρ is the probability of a lethal outcome; e is a mathematical constant equal to 2.72; Ζ is an auxiliary function. The value of Ζ is calculated according to the regression equation: z = -4.29 + 1.37*Χ1 + 1.66*X2 + 2.36* X3, where - 4.29 is a constant; 1.37, 1.66, 2.36 - weight coefficients of the corresponding indicators; Χ1 - LVEF (%) (Χ1 takes a value equal to 1 with LVEF <50 and equal to 0 with LVEF> 50); X2 - anemia (X2 has a value equal to 1 in the presence of anemia and equal to 0 in its absence); X3 is the Gensini score (points) (X3 takes a value equal to 1 if the GS≥48 index is equal to 0 if the GS index is <48) and if Ρ is equal or more than 0.18, the development of repeated MI is predicted.

EFFECT: method improves the accuracy of predicting the risk of recurrent myocardial infarction in men of working age by taking into account individual prognostic indicators.
