A low-pressure adapter contains a pipeline case with a buried region limiting an input surface, a main pipeline which is passing through the pipeline case and flow connected with a primary channel on the input surface, an auxiliary pipeline which is passing through the pipeline case and flow connected with an auxiliary channel on the input surface, grooves located on the input surface for fluid removal aside from the auxiliary channel and its injection into the primary channel, a base attached to the pipeline case so a base hole surrounds the buried region, and the radial grooves located on the specified base and intended for liquid removal aside from the auxiliary pipeline from the periphery of the base. There are disclosed versions of system for low pressure application, a method of the current pressure control, versions of the adapter and a dressing.

EFFECT: inventions provide the current wound pressure control ensured by eliminated injection of wound fluid in a measuring lumen.
