FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically an apparatus for treating internal wounds under reduced pressure and a method for treating internal wounds using vacuum therapy. Apparatus comprises a flexible, pressure-resistant drainage hose that forms a channel lumen of the drainage hose. Apparatus includes an open-pore fluid-collecting contact element structurally combined with a drainage hose and fluidically connected to the channel lumen of the drainage hose. Outer diameter of the open-pore fluid-collecting contact element does not protrude radially beyond the outer diameter of the drainage hose, so that the open-pore contact element for collecting liquid steplessly passes into the drainage hose. Method includes placing the apparatus for treating internal wounds at a reduced pressure near the wound. Apparatus for treating internal wounds under reduced pressure with a vacuum pump is then connected. Reduced pressure is then used in the apparatus for treating internal wounds under reduced pressure. Liquids and gases are removed from the wound through the open-pore contact element to collect liquid and the drainage hose to assist in the healing of wounds. Apparatus for treating internal wounds under reduced pressure is then removed by pulling without mechanical obstruction by the outer diameter of the open-pore contact element for collecting liquid that does not protrude radially beyond the outer diameter of the drainage hose.
EFFECT: technical result is easier deployment at treatment side in a body cavity.
