FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: anti-explosive body is a shell of preferably streamlined shape, arranged of mostly two parts, which are non-detachably discretely joined one to the other along their contact perimetres, besides, holes are provided in each of parts with regular and/or irregular shape, at least with partially sharpened edges, mostly, inside the shell, besides, at least some external surface of body is arranged as microrelief. System of anti-explosive protection arranged in reservoir for explosive liquid medium is filled with multiple discrete three-dimensional anti-explosive bodies made of mono- or composite material with thickness and specific strength per unit of thickness, sufficient to keep volume shape under action of design combination of contact operational loads, besides, at least external contact layer of specified bodies is provided with heat and electric conductivity of conductors, such as metals or alloys, at the same time local volume limited with conditional circuit of specified conditional body of rotation, is accepted as below critical one, excluding danger of explosion formation in volume of any of multiple specified bodies in condition of their fill with vapours of liquid explosive medium, and extent of reservoir volume fill with bodies of anti-explosive system is accepted as excluding formation of local microvolumes with dimensions exceeding specified critical volume between them and internal dimensions of reservoir.
EFFECT: efficient protection against explosion of highly inflammable substance, filling this reservoir, through application of anti-explosive system from simple-to-make, resistant to variation of pressure and temperatures stated for light bodies, with improved antistatic properties, providing for localisation of vapour volumes inside the system, below critical volume, as a result of overcoming forces of surface tension of liquid and provision of its free flow, and thus excluding danger of explosion in volume of any of multiple specified bodies in condition of their fill with vapours of liquid explosive medium, and also between them.
